Pricing questions
Do you take a cut of resident fee payments?
No. When a resident pays via your hostel's own UPI QR code, the money settles directly into your bank account — Smart Hostel Pilot never holds or routes those funds. Optional Razorpay checkout carries Razorpay's standard payment gateway fee, not ours.
Can I switch plans as I grow?
Yes. You can move between plans, or add hostels to an existing organization, at any time from your admin settings. Charges are prorated for the current billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Pilot or Standard. Professional and Enterprise plans include guided onboarding at no extra cost.
What happens after the 60-day pilot?
We'll reach out before it ends so you can choose the plan that fits your hostel — your data stays intact either way.
